Self closing door hinge prevent doors slamming. If the self-closing hinges no longer works, could hinges linger. If the cabinet doors are misaligned, is one of the hinge adjustment screws too tight or too loose. Tighten the screws in the self-closing hinge with a Phillips screwdriver. Place a screw that is missing; missing screws can have the same effect as loose screws hinge or door.
